Payment of Bills

We accept payment for services by cash, check, and credit or debit card. 100% of services are due and payable as services are rendered. Patients are expected to pay in full for these services until insurance coverage is verified. At that time payment is due for the difference between expected insurance reimbursement and charges.

Insurance

Dr. Smith will file insurance as a courtesy to our patients in the Winston-Salem office. The Independence, VA office is a cash basis office, but we will be glad to print out a statement so you can easily file your own insurance.
